Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Suryansh Outhouse. By accessing our services—whether through our website, phone, social media, or direct booking—you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed through an advance payment as communicated at the time of reservation.

  • Prices are subject to change based on season, demand, and availability.

  • We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.

  • A booking confirmation will be shared once the payment is received.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM the following day (for overnight stays)

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the property, staff, and other guests.

  • Any damage to the property, furniture, or amenities will be chargeable.

  • Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

  • If the PCR comes and confiscates anything from the property the management will not be responsible for any consequences and fine will be charged.
  • Speakers should not be moved from their original space.
  • There shall not be puking or vomiting in the premises.
  • Extra cleaning fees will applicable and fine of Rs 1000
  • In the unfortunate event of disruptions alorting neighbours or property owners, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY REFUND AND POLICE WILL BE INFORMED FOR THE SAME.
  • If guest are suspected of carrying and outsings illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY REFUND AND POLICE WILL BE INFORMED FOR THE SAME.
  • It is not allowed to carry any color or hazardous chemical or such item like crackers, knife or any other prohibited item to the premises or used in swimming pool or inside the property. Extra charges of 10000/- will be penalty for the same.
  • Smoking inside the campus is allowed, as well inside the interior of the lounge, but in case of irresponsible activity or in case of loss due to fire or any other situation created by you will be responsible for the penalty of damage as per the property cost.

4. Use of Property

  • Suryansh Outhouse is meant for peaceful getaways and private events.

  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Pets are allowed only with prior confirmation.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the stay.

  • Suryansh Outhouse is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your stay.

  • Guests must adhere to safety instructions, especially around pool or outdoor areas.

7. Force Majeure

  • Suryansh Outhouse is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events.

8. Privacy

  • Any personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared without your consent.

9. Amendments

  • Suryansh Outhouse reserves the right to change these terms at any time. It is the guest’s responsibility to review them periodically.
